Phyllis was a good neighbor and she is already missed. She was always enthusiastic and ready to help out in any way she could. As recently as last summer she was bringing water to Jocelyne each day while she repaired her roof. I will miss our chats over the fence, and our discussions of which of her flowers will likely make it into the flower shows each year.
