My condolences to Patricia's family and friends. We were so fortunate to have Patricia in our 'Shawville Rowat' lives throughout the years. As a little girl, I remember visiting Grandma (Bessie Hampson-Rowat) and the many times she was engaged in a happy conversation with Patricia from Athelstan. Thank you for a wonderful 2017 Rowat Reunion Patricia, RIP.

My sympathy to all members of the Rowat family. I always enjoyed my visits with Patricia. She had so many interesting stories to tell me about her Howick days and about different people we both knew. She was a very kind, thoughtful, and smart woman; funny, too-- after all, she was a Rowat! She was also the most Irish of the bunch, being born on St. Patrick's Day. I'm very happy to have had the chance to get to know her. I know she will be missed by so many. Cherish the memories. Rest in peace, Patricia.
