1966-2025
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth James Fraser, CPA, on November 19, 2025. Ken passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by those he held closest to his heart.
Ken was born on February 17, 1966, the youngest of six children and the only son, to the late Ken Fraser and Lily McNinch. Beloved husband of 27 years to Melanie Irving, Ken leaves to mourn his cherished children, Kassidy and Samuel. Ken is survived by his sisters Sheila (Rob Clipperton), Kathy (Fred Rendell), Linda, Marion (Alex Beraskow), and Margaret. He will also be deeply missed by sister-in-law Jamie (Sophie Arbour), brother-in-law Lyman (Diana Erskine), many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends whose lives he touched. Ken will be remembered for his love, devotion and unwavering commitment to his family.
Ken was the fifth generation on the family farm while also pursuing a successful professional career. He was a partner with Welch LLP in Cornwall, where he was respected for his professionalism, dedication, and warmth. Ken was deeply involved in his community, serving as Councillor of Dundee, Quebec, and Treasurer of the Dundee United Church.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Rodrigue Montpetit & Fils Funeral Home, 1580 Route 132, Saint-Anicet.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Dundee Zion United Church. Reception to follow.
